yeah…agree bad customer service..but at different angle they receive alot call in a day..somemore the call all is about blaming and complaint..sure they will hang up ur phone fast.

我之前有这样的经验。。。。。。
打电话到明讯客户服务中心，在获得跟服务人员对话之前须听很多广告，广告完毕后服务人员才会接电话。我不喜欢这样的变相赚钱手法。因为电话拨通后每一秒都在计算费用。
