我的理解是：
我不相信民主，不能以‘少数服从多数’的方式来更换政府。因为这等于让不想换政府的人民跟随想改革的人民，也变相强迫人民支持政策。
根据坊间传言，有些华小。因为天气炎热，校方为每班装上空调。然后规定学生每月RMXX来资助电费。如不能采用‘少数服从多数’，那谁该为电费买单？如果以‘少数服从多数’来强行收费，会否等于让不想吹冷气的学生赞助想吹冷气的学生，也变相强迫学生为电力公司赚钱？”
